Stacy Doney

Stacy Doney is a poet, artist, and a lifelong journal writer. As a child, she lived in New York, Virginia, and Massachusetts, before settling in Cecil County, Maryland with her husband to raise their two children. She’s lived in fifteen different towns in her lifetime, six of them before reaching adulthood. In every place she’s lived or visited, it’s been the outdoors that has inspired her most. In 2014, she and her family moved to a house in the woods where she has been able to study nature up close. These moments of wonder often show up in her writing.
